This Monday, May 8th 91X surrenders its airwaves yo the members of Angels & Airwaves from 10am-5pm.
San Diego locals Tom DeLonge, David Kennedy, Atom Willard, and Ryan Sinn will launch "Project KAVA-FM," featuring live acoustic performance and appearances from Years Around the Sun and New Found Glory. The band will also interview renowned conspiracy theorist James Fetzer, world-famous surfer Timmy Curran, and this is just the beginning... who knows what will happen when the band have the airwaves to do whatever they want with. In keeping with the band's logo, "KAVA" will serve as the call letters for the day as the band creates play lists, interacts with listeners and takes complete control of the 91X airwaves!
