Travis Barker: "L'intervento chirurgico d'urgenza per il nostro bambino è andato bene. Il tour riprende venerdì"

Travis Barker ha scritto su Twitter che è «volato a casa per un intervento chirurgico d'urgenza pericoloso per la vita del bambino» ed è «grato che sia andato bene». Ha ringraziato per tutto il supporto e ha confermato che il tour dei blink-182 riprende venerdì.

Anche Kourtney Kardashian ha scritto un messaggio su Instagram.

Sarò per sempre grato ai miei incredibili medici per aver salvato la vita del nostro bambino. Sarò eternamente grata a mio marito che è corso al mio fianco dal tour per stare con me in ospedale e prendersi cura di me, mia roccia. E a mia madre, grazie per avermi tenuto la mano in tutto questo.

Avendo avuto tre gravidanze davvero facili in passato, non ero preparata alla paura di precipitarmi in un intervento chirurgico urgente sul feto. Penso che nessuno che non abbia vissuto una situazione simile possa iniziare a comprendere quella sensazione di paura. Ho una comprensione e un rispetto completamente nuovi per le mamme che hanno dovuto lottare per i loro bambini durante la gravidanza.

Sia lode a Dio. Uscire dall’ospedale con il mio bambino nella pancia e al sicuro è stata la vera benedizione.

I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life. I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.

As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear. I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.

Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing. 🙏🏼🤍
