Per il sesto anniversario del suo incidente aereo, Travis Barker ha voluto ricordare con un’immagine e con un testo “Lil” Chris Baker, Charles “Che” Still e DJ AM.
Ecco cosa ha scritto Travis Barker: Esattamente 6 anni fa ho avuto un orribile incidente aereo con 3 dei miei migliori amici/fratelli. Non è passato un giorno da allora che non pensassi a loro o a quanto sono stato fortunato ad averli avuti nella mia vita. Mi sveglio ogni giorno e so di essere stato fortunato a essere qui e non l’ho mai dato per scontato. Amo e mi mancano i miei fratelli #LilChris #DJAM #CHE e tutti i bei momenti che abbiamo passato. Oggi fa schifo ma cerco di ricordare quanto ognuno di loro mi abbia motivato e ispirato ad andare più forte e a non arrendermi mai. Ho lottato per molto tempo sentendomi responsabile e chiedendomi perché io sono sopravvissuto e loro no, non so ancora il motivo ma so che non posso sprecare un giorno su questa terra senza fare qualcosa in loro onore. Chiunque abbia conosciuto Chris, Che o AM si senta libero di condividere delle storie e dei ricordi che mi piacerà leggere. Sono che tutti e 3 erano speciali, vicini a molte persone e hanno toccato molti. Che Dio vi benedica, riposate in pace #LilChris #Che #DJAM Vi amo e ci vediamo dall’altro lato....
6 yrs ago today I was in a horrific plane crash with 3 of my best friends/ brothers. Not a day goes by that I don't think about them or how lucky I was to have them in my life . I wake up everyday and I know I am so blessed to be here and never take it for granted. I love & miss my brothers #LilChris #DJAM #CHE and all the good times we had. Today sux but l try and remember how much each one of these guys motivated me and inspired me to go harder and never give up. I struggled for a long time feeling guilty and asking myself why I survived and they didn't, I still don't know why but I know I can't waste a day on this earth not doing the most in their honor. Anyone that knew Chris, Che or AM feel free to share stories , memories as I love reading them. I know all 3 of them were so special and close to so many people and touched so many.
